The cultural immersion continues at breakfast, lunch and dinner, during which expert chefs prepare exquisite, regionally inspired cuisine. Fueled by AmaWaterways’ memberships in the prestigious La ChaÎne des Rôtisseurs and Tables et Auberges de France, the culinary teams source fresh produce, herbs and more from local ports – in some cases from family farms that have been operating for generations.

From the Main Restaurant to The Chef’s Table specialty restaurant, all food on board is included and can be customized as our chefs graciously accommodate guests with gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options. 

Each evening before dinner, there is also a complimentary Sip & Sail cocktail hour during which guests may order wine, beer, soft drinks and spirits – and free-flowing wine is also included with every lunch and dinner. For guests who prefer to take their passion for wine a bit further, AmaWaterways offers more than 70 annual Celebration of Wine River Cruises through Europe, with special hosts, wine-themed excursions and tastings. And for guests who don't drink alcohol, there are mocktails as well as non-alcoholic beer and wine in Europe.
