This June, highly anticipated Parisian cocktail bar De Vie will transport itself to New York City for two nights only for an exclusive pop-up at Daniel Humm’s three-Michelin-starred Eleven Madison Park.

Despite their geographical distance, Eleven Madison Park and De Vie both share a united commitment to revolutionizing the cocktail and culinary worlds, from chef Humm’s industry-shocking decision to go fully vegan in 2021 to O’Kane and Francis’s innovative farm-to-glass cocktail-making techniques which have garnered international recognition.

Across the two evenings, guests will be able to enjoy a five-course vegan tasting menu created by the esteemed Eleven Madison Park culinary team, carefully paired with a selection of soon-to-be-launched De Vie cocktails, all of which will showcase the bar’s sustainable mixology ethos.

While O’Kane and Francis are yet to announce a firm opening date for De Vie, the duo have embarked on a number of pre-opening activations and partnerships, including a limited residency at Mexico City’s iconic Café de Nadie, which sits at number 17 on the World’s Best Bars list. The Eleven Madison Park pop-up marks the first designated culinary partnership; its caliber hints at big plans for O’Kane and Francis.
