The Johannesburg Specialised Commercial Crime Court, sitting in Palm Ridge, has granted the Asset Forfeiture Unit an order to confiscate the assets of convicted fraudster and bogus Passenger Rail Association of South Africa (Prasa) engineer Daniel Mthimkhulu.
