News24 | 'I nearly lost my life' - Cyclist angry court gives back licence to driver who knocked him down

The Simon's Town Magistrate's Court has ruled that a South African Navy able seaman, accused of driving under the influence and knocking down two cyclists in December last year, can have his driving licence back.
