Princess of Wales announces she is undergoing cancer treatment | BBC News

The Princess of Wales has revealed that she is being treated for cancer.   Catherine stepped back from royal duties when she had abdominal surgery in January.   In a video she said she had initially thought her condition was "non-cancerous" but subsequent tests found that cancer was present.   She said it had been an "incredibly tough couple of months" for her and her family, and that she was undergoing chemotherapy and "getting stronger every day".
