President Vladimir Putin has claimed that Russia won't need to use nuclear weapons to achieve victory in Ukraine. Ever since Russia’sinvasion of Ukraine, Moscow has been engaged in nuclear sabre-rattling, dropping a series of hints that trying to defeat a nuclear power like Russia could have disastrous consequences. However the Russian President did not rule out Moscow carrying out a nuclear test.  He was speaking at an economic forum in St Petersburg.
